I got to know the ranger at the Sawtooth Natl Rec. Area who had worked with the crew. They had a display in the center showing how they built the town and dismantled it, without disturbing the land. Although in the Sawtooth Areas, the site was in the Boulder Mts, if my memory serves me correctly. Somewhere I have written a few stories of hiking in both the Sawtooths and Boulders.sagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17499891950639742366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3434602314756730550.post-65920093133128281202012-01-18T09:16:51.533-08:002012-01-18T09:16:51.533-08:00Todd, good question. I have enjoyed watching Eastwood's films, especially his early Westerns, but HIGH PLAINS DRIFTER isn't one of them. Whatever the provocation I felt Eastwood could have left the rape scene out of the script.Prashant C. He looks similar.
I couldnt find a thing wrong with this film, but then again, I`m a sucker for a "Shit-kicker"!

Finally, I have lost count of the times I have watched this film, each time I see something different.cheyenne joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16957462106844413179noreply@blogger.com
