  3. Wonder what the staff of the Daily Reporter reported — there doesn't seem to be much happening around. It reminds me of the transit camps the government in the state I live in builds for slum-dwellers as part of a slum rehab programme. Liked the Church of San Miguel picture too.

    1. The first structures in new towns on the frontier were often tents like this one. As for news, boosterism can produce a lot of content.
